It is my great pleasure to welcome you all to the Faculty of Fisheries and Aquaculture Sciences at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Today marks a special beginning as we embark on an exciting journey together, one filled with opportunities for learning, discovery and teamwork.

As the Dean of this dynamic faculty, I am truly honoured to lead such a vibrant and passionate community of lecturers, students, and researchers. Each of you is essential to shaping the future of fisheries and aquaculture sciences. With your enthusiasm and dedication, we will continue to grow and succeed as a centre of excellence. We believe that education extends beyond simply acquiring facts; it involves fostering curiosity, inspiring innovation and building collaborations that cross geographical boundaries.
